Zhuorui Bearing Factory in Qingdao, Shandong Province is located in Lingang Industrial Zone, Yinzhu Street, Huangdao District, Qingdao. It covers an area of 53,946 square meters, of which 16,640 square meters are used for production workshop. The intelligent bearing warehouse covers an area of10,000 square meters. We have more than 40 production personnel and 11 technical management personnel. It has the most advanced automatic bearing production line in China, as well as imported high-end bearing production and testing equipment.
The bearing production factory in Taizhou, Zhejiang Province, mainly produces high-end deep groove ball bearings, spherical roller bearings, tapered roller bearings, and cylindrical roller bearings due to the geographical factor. The factory has more than 300 workers, including 53 technical management personnel, with a monthly production capacity of 3.5 million sets of precision, low-noise bearings; The fully automatic production line equipment and advanced technology used by Zhuorui Bearings are in the leading level in international bearing industry, which can ensure the high-precision manufacturing and achieve high-volume and efficient production. And the centralized filtration and cooling system used in the factory ensure the cleanliness of the coolant and the balance of temperature, which can greatly improve the machining accuracy of the equipment, and can ensures the consistency and stability of our products.
